What we saw
Today the hotel runs on goodwill and manual work.
- Two sales channels. Booking.com and the front desk. The website's Book button sends guests to Booking.com, so even direct guests pay the commission.
- Availability by hand. When a room is sold at the desk, it has to be closed on Booking.com manually. One forgotten click is an overbooking.
- No property system. Reservations, payments, invoices and the city tax live in different places, or on paper.
- A new start. New owners for three months, a new team and a careful budget: every euro has to bring something back quickly.
The usual answer is a property-management licence, around €6,000 a year for a hotel of this size, plus a new website on top. We think the same result can be reached more simply, step by step.

Website and booking system work as one: the guest finds the hotel, picks a room and pays in a few taps, without leaving your site. The booking lands in the planner in seconds and the room closes on Booking.com at the same moment. Easier for the guest, no commission and no manual work for you.
This is only a starting point.
The final website will be designed around the whole Villa Boeri brand: its logo, colours, typography, photos and tone of voice. Nothing here is a template.
